Once upon a time, in small towns long ago, Halloween was a chance for kids to go wild, to be out from under the watchful eye of frightened parents.
Here’s my story
There’s no scary parts, unless kids running free in their neighborhoods frightens you.
Surely we can still recapture some of that fearlessness for children, without endangering them. It matters.
